Return policy

At Angellook, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to request a return or refund for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. We also offer returns for change-of-mind purchases under the conditions described below.

1. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard domestic shipping within Australia typically takes 3 to 4 business days, depending on destination, carrier schedules, and seasonal factors.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. If your order does not arrive within 12 business days of dispatch, contact support@angellook.shop with your order number.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Products not meeting these conditions may receive a partial refund or be ineligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g. underwear, swimwear)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

4. Initiating a Return

To request a return, email support@angellook.shop within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Pack your item securely and include the return number. Send the item using a trackable shipping service.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Angellook covers return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in its original condition.

7. Exchanges

Angellook does not provide direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

8. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not been received 10 business days after confirmation, first check with your bank or payment provider. If the refund is still missing, contact support@angellook.shop for assistance.
