1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship orders only within Australia/Canada. Other international shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once shipped, deliveries within Australia/Canada normally take between 3–4 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after dispatch, please contact us for assistance.
3. Shipping Fees
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Tracking Orders
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. Delivery Issues and Delays
While we work with trusted carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as public holidays, severe weather, or courier network disruptions. We will keep you informed whenever possible and help track your order.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information. If incorrect or incomplete details cause a failed delivery, additional costs may apply for reshipment. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@angellook.shop.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our carrier partners and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

This Shipping Policy does not replace or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If delivery is not completed within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund or replacement.
